Tap into your existing strengths to navigate life’s ebbs and flows

Collaborative & Strength-Based Healing

Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work to understand the unique ways in which your brain and body function best. Using a strength-based approach, we will highlight what is already working and build on that foundation to navigate any challenges you are facing. I’m committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that allows you to explore your identity authentically, reflect on how past experiences have shaped your present, and imagine new ways of being. I deeply believe in the healing powers of art and creativity, which will be utilized and tailored to your specific needs and goals.

A supportive, creative, and curious space to explore and celebrate your authentic self

Examining Attachment & Boundaries

As a queer polyamorous therapist, I am committed to the collaborative act of understanding what non-monogamy specifically looks like for you and your relationships. Whether you are someone looking to explore non-monogamy on your own or in an existing relationship, I am here to provide support and navigate this journey. Together, we will examine how past attachments and relationships influence your current dynamics and work toward establishing boundaries that feel supportive and aligned.

got questions?

  • In addition to trauma-informed care and a humanistic approach, I utilize art therapy techniques to create a tailored experience that fosters growth through creative expression. We will utilize a variety of art media as it provides an avenue for emotional expression, regulation, and reflection. Collaboration is central to my work to ensure that your unique needs are met in the therapeutic space. Together, we will work to address internalized shame that may exist around different parts of your identity in a safe and affirming environment. Whether you are cautious, curious, or all in, I will be there to walk alongside you on this journey of self-understanding and healing.

  • I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT #158576) with specialized training in art therapy (ATR-P #25-637). I hold a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles.

My experience includes working with a wide range of mental health needs and neurodivergent communities, providing trauma-informed art therapy services to children, teenagers, and adults in both individual and group settings.

  • I provide support for children ages 12+, adolescents, and adults, as well as those navigating non-monogamy solo or within an existing relationship. I strive to offer an affirming space for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people to process emotions, understand their relationship to self and others, and navigate the challenges of life.

  • Outside of being a therapist, I am an artist at heart. I enjoy primarily working with ceramics and acrylic, although I am always exploring new mediums and techniques. I have a deep love for nature and spending time in green spaces, either crafting or reading books. You can also find me exploring trails with my dog, Mila, or rocking out to music with my bird, Toddle Woddle. Community is central to my life and where I know I can always find joy.
