  • Our fees range from $225 to $275 for a 50-minute session, depending on the therapist you work with. Sessions with a licensed therapist are $275, while sessions with an associate therapist are $225.

    We don't want finances to be a barrier to receiving services. We also offer low-fee, low-cost sessions on a sliding scale. We’re happy to discuss your needs and help you find the best fit for your goals and budget.

  • We are an out-of-network provider. This means we do not bill insurance directly, but we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance company to understand your out-of-network benefits.

  • A superbill is a detailed receipt of services provided, including the necessary information for your insurance to process your claim. After each session or assessment, we can issue you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • We suggest asking your insurance company the following questions:

    • Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services and assessments?

    • What percentage of the fee will be reimbursed?

    • Is there a deductible I need to meet before reimbursement begins?

    • How many therapy or assessment sessions are covered per year?
